  • How long does a site build take?

    Every business has individual needs, and so every project has different timelines. For the vast majority of clients, we estimate 4-8 weeks. If your needs are simple and we are readily available, it could be less than one before publishing online.   

  • Can I see it while it's in progress?

    Of course! We'll have regular communication with you and provide regular updates at milestones throughout development. However, you are welcome to reach out at any time and we can setup a meeting. 

  • How many revisions can I make?

    The bottom line, we will not publish anything until you approve us to. You own it and it represents your business. Every project includes 3 revision sessions, however if more is needed we are happy to help at a discounted rate.

  • Can I make changes after the website is done?

    Absolutely! After publishing, your Membership includes minor content updates. More sweeping changes or adding new content will be considered an additional service.

  • Can I import my existing website from another host or design firm?

    We can help with that! In most cases, the website cannot simply be copy/pasted to a new host. In that case, we'll just rebuild it! We even provide a discount on the website development if you don't need any design changes to be made in the transfer. 

  • Do you provide copywriting?

    We do to an extent. Since you know your business and clientelle the best, we will be looking to your expertise on what you want to feature from your business and what your customers need to know most. With that information, we will format, design, and professionally word what we can to make your website as effective as possible. 

  • Do you offer professional photography to take photos of me and my business?

    We do not offer professional photography. However, we would be happy to find and get you in touch with a highly-rated photographer in your area. With those photos, we do offer some photo and video editing. 

  • Will I get copyrights to my website and designs?

    While we don't deal in legal copyrights, you do own everything we provide you. Logos, design, website, it's all yours. You're under no contract to stay with us and are welcome to choose another agency at any time, and at that time we will provide you any designs, logos, or media you've paid for, as well as an export of the website we built.
